COUNTY COUNSEL MICK KRAUSNICK ABUSES POWER AND LACKS RESPECT FOR THE LAW
In a 40 page motion to the Court, County Counsel Krausnick reveals how much each of former Mayor Sabatino’s attorneys was paid for their services. (Case No.1061284) Typical of Krausnicks disrespect for the law or his incompetence, he revealed their tax identification or their social security numbers. Complaints have been filed.
Mick Krausnick has spent over $10,000 of tax payer money to try and prove that former Mayor Carmen Sabatino should pay $51,000 for his legal defense. Attorney Marc Hartley from Krausnick’s office has perjured himself in a declaration in support of Krausnick’s motion presented to Judge Franklin Stephenson. He admits that he has followed Sabatino and held him under surveillance.
Who is going to reimburse the taxpayers for the $500,000 spent by the District Attorneys Office, and the $17,000 spent by Reagan Wilson and the Board of Supervisors, to remove the former Mayor from office? Also, who will pay the $3,000 to allow Supervisor Ray Simon to essentially take the Fifth Amendment at the trial of Mayor Sabatino? Who else took the 5th?
